Chef Anthony Inn is the executive chef of Kin Gin, the new contemporary izakaya from TableOne Hospitality, which recently opened in the Lower East Side in New York City. Born in Taiwan and raised in New York City, Chef Tony Inn has over two decades of experience in prestigious kitchens. His grandparents passed down a passion for Japanese culinary traditions, leading him to pursue a rigorous apprenticeship under renowned sushi master, Toshio Suzuki, which led him to work in kitchens at Taru, Morimoto, and the Michelin-star Masa and Satsuki. He strives to create personalized, unforgettable dining experiences–deeply rooted in the concept of omotenashi, the Japanese art of hospitality.
